1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between 1x Lite and its users. 1x Lite refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated under the domain 1xlite.cc.

The following are definitions of key terms used in these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" — The 1xlite.cc website and mobile application
• "User" or "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on 1x Lite

2 Account Registration

• Providing false information during registration is strictly prohibited

Account Security Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@1xlite.cc.

Account Verification (KYC)

1x Lite may request documents for account verification at any time. The following are typically required:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back photos
• Selfie — holding your NID
• Proof of payment method (if required)

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

1x Lite is an 18+ platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 1x Lite may request proof of age documentation at any time.

Ensure that no minors in your household or surroundings can access the platform. Use password protection on your devices.

4 Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods are currently accepted on 1x Lite:

Deposit Rules

• Funds deposited must come from your own personal sources only
• Deposits via third parties are not permitted
• No fees are charged on deposits
• If a deposit fails, contact support with your transaction ID
• 1x Lite reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 1x lite:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits vary by account level
• Withdrawals are processed faster for verified accounts
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal

Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawal processing may be delayed in certain cases. Possible reasons include:

• KYC verification in progress
• Unusual betting pattern detected
• Bonus wagering requirements not met
• Technical issues with the banking system

6 Bonuses & Promotions

1x lite offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Wagering Requirement

Withdrawing from bonus balance requires a specified wagering amount. Example: A BDT 1,000 bonus with 10x wagering means you must place BDT 10,000 in bets.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on specified games or bets
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled
• 1x Lite reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice
• Bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 1x Lite:

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies)
• 1x Lite reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Betting based on match-fixing or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited

Event cancelled or suspended

When an event is cancelled or suspended, 1x Lite follows the policy outlined below:

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, the stake will be refunded
• A result may be considered valid after a certain period of time has elapsed following the start of a match
• In cricket, if a match is interrupted by rain, the result is determined using the DLS method

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. Odds may shift at the moment you confirm a bet. Bets will be accepted at the updated odds, not the original.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1x lite:

• Registering with false identity or information
• Creating or Operating Multiple Accounts
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Placing bets using software or bots
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

1x Lite may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns
• KYC verification documents not submitted
• Evidence that the account belongs to a minor
• Legal directive or regulatory authority order

Voluntary Account Closure

10 Limitation of Liability

1x Lite is not liable for the following:

• Bets not placed due to internet connectivity issues
• Third-party payment system failure
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
• Losses caused by issues with your device or connection
• Unauthorized access to an account by a third party

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
